Join for a fun and green gathering where plant lovers can swap, share, and expand their collection.

    Host: Runa Musib
Phone: 781-308-6004 (if you get lost)
    Swap conductor: Lynn Title

    What to bring:
Plants, books, tools, pots, veggies, seeds, houseplants, plant cuttings, etc. are all suitable swap items, in addition to hardy and tropical plants and woodies. Please label your plants.

    How it Works:
Arrive by 9:30 AM. Check in at the welcome table and display your plants in alphabetical order on the front driveway. Browse the offerings before we begin.

We will pick numbers and start plant descriptions at 10 AM, and hopefully start choosing plants by 10:30 AM. Let's keep this short -- don't go through the whole list of your offerings, only mention the unusual stuff!

After that, we pick numbers from a hat (the host is traditionally Zero), and Lynn will call numbers starting from Zero and working up to the last number assigned, then marching back down, back up, and so forth. This all goes very fast, so have some idea beforehand what plants you are aiming for -- and a backup plan if they've already been grabbed! At some agreed-upon point we will shift to taking two plants per round, and eventually to a free-for-all.

Each time your number is called, choose one plant/item, and take it to your personal stash area AWAY FROM THE ARC OF AVAILABLE PLANTS. You are encouraged to bring a crate or box for this purpose.

If by the end of our event items you've brought are not chosen, please take them home with you!

After the Swap: Stay for refreshments and hang out with fellow gardeners! Runa will provide tea/coffee, cookies, and some nibbles. Please feel free to bring finger food and things to drink. Do bring folding chairs as I have a limited number of them.

Also, happy to give people a tour of Runa's gorgeous garden.
